Ms. Tshepiso Sekopo

Training & Therapy Coordinator
Tshepiso Sekopo is a Training Coordinator at Ark and Mark Trust. She holds Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Botswana since 2004. She has additional training in the Kitso HIV course and Ark and Mark’s EARTH psychotherapy for vulnerable children and youth. Tshepiso has extensive experience in social work practice, implementing EARTH psychotherapy and has trained over 400 professionals on EARTH psychotherapy. She is very passionate about the work she does, highly fulfilled by the transformation realised in the lives of people reached for a better working society.

Ms. Oreneile Letsebe

Accountant
Oreneile Is accountable for all the financial responsibilities in the office,on a daily basis she oversee all areas of finance and administration including accounts payable and receivable.

Mr. Kamogelo Yene

Campsite and Operations Manager
an experienced campsite and operations manager, he is wealthy in outdoor hospitality and full of passion for creating memorable experiences.

The moment one steps on the grounds of Camp Ark, will be greeted by the warm reception of Kamogelo. He personifies kindness, generosity and respect in his daily routine as the camp manager especially towards the community of Motlhabaneng (nearby village) and our guests.

He also excels in overseeing all aspects of campsite operations, ensuring smooth and enjoyable stays for guests. His commitment to excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction makes him an invaluable asset to our wilderness therapy experience.

Ms. Onkabetse Mphapho

Therapy and Training Coordinator
Onkabetse is a dedicated Therapy and Training Coordinator with a diverse background in education, counseling, and program management. Born with a passion for making a positive impact, she has pursued education and experiences that have equipped them with the skills and knowledge to thrive in various roles.

She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership & Policy from Beijing Normal University, where they honed her understanding of educational systems and leadership principles. Prior to this, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Botswana, where she developed a strong foundation in social welfare and community development.

She has gained valuable experience in various capacities, demonstrating her commitment to serving others and driving positive change. As a Therapy and Training Coordinator at Ark and Mark Trust, she leads the Ark Adventures Recovery Program for individuals struggling with addiction, while also providing training for social workers and other professionals.

Ms. Thelma Mulomba

Social Worker/Therapist
Thelma Mulomba is a Social Worker currently serving at Ark and Mark Trust as a Program Assistant. Her motivation and strong commitment to serving disadvantaged populations fits in well with the culture of the Trust, as reflected by her meticulous skill in data collection on all programs as they are being implemented. Her passion for program follow-up serves the Trust in research and publication. She is the central person for the Ark alcohol recovery program.

Ms. Gofileone Gontle Malcolm

Therapy and Training Coordinator
Gofileone Gontle Malcolm is a social worker by profession who leads the charge in empowering therapists to address the needs of sexually abused children through innovative training programs. Her role involves designing and implementing trauma therapy initiatives, leveraging her creative flair to turn ideas into impactful actions.

She also has a natural soft for parent-child relationships and teaching communities on the importance of nurturing children into responsible, honest citizens. Through International Child Development Program, Gofileone has taken up the role of ensuring that facilitators are well equipped and ready to engage in meaningful work of impacting parents within the communities to foster good and healthy relations with their children.

Additionally, she’s passionate about showcasing the transformative impact of Ark and Mark to the world, utilizing her skills of marketing strategies to spread awareness and drive positive change.

Ms. Siamisang Tau

Liaison and Logistics Admin
As a Liaison and Logistics Admin, Siamisang Tau serves as the crucial link between departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Her responsibilities include managing E.A.R.T.H training schedules, facilitating meetings, and overseeing the logistical aspects of various programs. With her attention to detail approach, she contributes to the efficient operation of the organization. Siamisang completed her secretarial studies and hands on in supporting Ark and Mark’s mission.
